First, move ahead inbuilding digital infrastructure base.Adhering to the principle of “adapting to local conditions and being moderately advanced”, we should coordinate the overall planning of national digital infrastructure construction, so as to provide high-quality and reliable support for industrial development.
Second, build digital industrial clusters despite any challenges and difficulties. We should promote the integration and support of industrial chain, innovation chain, capital chain, talent chain and policy chain, and improve the resilience of industrial and supply chain of the digital economy sector; we should strengthen fundamental and forward-looking research on digital technology, enhance the ability to invent and translate science and technology results, and move further up at global industrial chain and value chains.
Third, promote the integration of industry and intelligence. We should strengthen policy guidance and public service support to promote digital transformation at deeper levels among enterprises; we should better leverage data technology and data value and adopt a tolerant and prudent approach to cultivating emerging business models, so as to improve the ability of digital innovation and development of the industries.
Fourth, promote high-level opening up of the digital economy and win-win outcomes. We should actively participate in bilateral and multilateral economic and trade negotiations, and play a more active role in the formulation of international digital economy rules and standards by introducing “Chinese Solutions” to the world; we should continue to open up to the world and strengthen cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative”. We can build a digital trade community where countries can share opportunities and achievements in the development of digital economy.
As one of the important sub-forums of the 2022 China Digital Economy Innovation Development Conference, the Forum on Empowering Overseas Chinese Economy with International Digital Economy Cooperation is jointly organized by China Center for Information Industry Development and Guangdong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.
